I also place a high priority on continuing education to stay on top of the latest information, laws, technology, and skills. In New York State, to sell real estate you are required to be a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and take continuing education every 2 years. I have gone above and beyond this requirement, holding a Licensed Real Estate Broker for nearly 19 years. Additionally, I have earned the following Realtor designations: ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), CRB (Certified Real Estate Broker), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), e-PRO (Internet Professional), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). These designations reflect my commitment to the highest standards in the real estate industry.

I am always available to my clients to handle their questions or concerns. Let’s face it, you don’t get involved with real estate activities everyday – probably only once or twice in a lifetime – so it is a big deal and you need someone that is on your side and is able to answer your questions in a timely fashion. I work hard for my clients and take my obligations very serious. As a seller’s agent or a buyer’s agent, I have fiduciary duties – obedience, loyalty, disclosure, confidentiality, accounting, reasonable care. My clients are my #1 priority!
